Tribal Rural women are very shy in nature and they are the most silent hard-working people in rural society. Women have to do most of the household work as society is mostly male-dominated even in today's 21st century but without women’s true dedication, the household becomes lifeless. Women have to take care of all the household laborious work like cooking in the early morning, cleaning the entire home, preparing the children for school, seasonal farming, harvesting, and drying works, collecting wood from the far away forest for household cooking fuel purposes, taking care of the newborn child before going out for outdoor works. Most of the women either work in brick factories or stone mines, etc to earn some extra money for the household as men are the single earning sources of the family and that is not enough nowadays to run all the household expenditures. But there also exists social discrimination as women get paid less than men even after working equal hours and amount of work. After coming back from work, generally, men take a rest or go out to chill with neighbours but women have to take care of the rest of the household work like bringing household usage water from far away ponds or rivers, cook and clean the kitchen for the night. In a nutshell, they are the lifeline of the entire household. Their day starts in the early hours even before the sun rises and the day ends after every member of the family goes to bed. They just silently continue their part in the household with a smile on their faces hiding all the pains eternally but their dedication is never ever appreciated anywhere.
